Send us one role. We send back the market behind it, and the one requirement that is quietly costing you every candidate.
Get the reality checkMost hiring problems do not look like hiring problems. They look like a job specification everyone in the room agreed on, and a market that quietly refuses to produce anyone who matches it. Nobody tells you which requirement is doing the damage, because the agencies who could tell you are paid to search rather than to explain, and the ones who cannot find anyone will simply report that the market is empty.
We run this analysis at the start of every search we take on, and we have never charged for it. This page only makes it available to people who are not our clients yet.
Send us the role you are trying to fill and within three working days you will have a written picture of it: how many people in Europe genuinely match the requirements you are unwilling to drop, which countries they sit in and which they do not, how your budget reads against the salary reality in each of those countries, and which single requirement is costing you the most candidates. If the numbers say your money works somewhere other than where you have been looking, we will say so, and we will tell you what we would cut first, seniority or a requirement, if cutting is what it takes.
You will not get CVs, names or contact details. Those come later, and they come with us.
A few years ago a client in Warsaw had run out of market at three hundred and fifty people. Four agencies were already working on the site and all of them were reporting the same thing: there is nobody left. We came in fifth. Not in Warsaw meant other Polish cities, not in Poland meant other countries, and one of the engineers who ended up on that project was found in Malaysia and relocated. Two years later we were their first-choice supplier, and we held that position for another two. The site grew to six hundred people across sixteen nationalities.
“Nobody in Warsaw” is not a finding. It is where the work starts.
Six questions. The more precisely you answer them, the more precise the picture we can send back.
The full picture follows by email within three working days, written by someone who has run searches like yours. It arrives with an offer of twenty minutes. On that call we go through the role, tell you which of the people behind those numbers we have already met, and what we would change in the specification to make it fillable. If you want us to run the search after that, we can talk about it. If you do not, the analysis is still yours.
